> Guidelines to keep mefriend wildly creative but welcoming at the same time.

At **mefriend.ai**, we deeply respect your wild creativity and aim to provide a welcoming environment for exploring, creating, and sharing AI-generated characters. To keep things positive, inspiring, and legally sound for everyone, we’ve outlined the guidelines below. ## What’s Covered

This policy applies to **all content** you generate, upload, or share on mefriend.ai, including:

* AI-generated text and artwork
* Uploaded images, audio, or video
* Prompts and commands that shape AI outputs
* Your usernames and profile information

## Respectful and Lawful Content

👍 We encourage you to:

* Express your unique, creative, or wild ideas
* Give feedback to help others
* Show kindness toward others

We love creativity in all its forms. However, we also want mefriend.ai to stay **safe**, **positive**, and **supportive** for everyone. For that reason, ‼️ we **cannot allow**:

* Create or share **child sexual content** (including any depiction or discussion of minors in sexual or exploitative contexts)
* Encourage **serious harm, threats, or terrorist/violent acts**
* Share **sensitive personal data** of others (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) without their explicit consent
* Post **copyrighted or infringing material** without permission
* Spread **malicious or fraudulent content** (e.g., phishing, malware)
* Upload **overly explicit or graphic material** (especially if minors can access it)

## Age-Restricted (NSFW) Content

Some characters or content may be labeled **Not Safe For Work (NSFW)**.

* **18+ Confirmation**: If you want to view or create NSFW content, you’ll be asked to confirm you’re of legal adult age.
* **Zero Tolerance for Minors in Adult Contexts**: Any sexual context involving minors will be removed, and may lead to account restrictions for everyone’s safety.

## Copyright and Intellectual Property

We respect your ownership of your creations and ask that you do the same for others.

### User-Generated Content

* You retain the rights to any content you create. By sharing it on our platform, you grant us a **non-exclusive license** to store, display, or modify it as needed to operate the service.
* We do **not** claim ownership—your creativity remains yours.

### Reporting IP Infringements

If you spot content that violates your or someone else’s intellectual property rights, please email us at [support@mefriend.ai](mailto:support@mefriend.ai). We follow applicable laws (including DMCA or similar) and will respond promptly to valid notifications.

## Friendly Reminders Before Posting

We appreciate your creativity, but please **double-check** any image or text before uploading or generating:

* Ensure it doesn’t show explicit genitalia, extreme violence, or minors in adult contexts.
* Follow applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

Our AI strives to produce engaging, relevant outputs, but it may sometimes generate unexpected or incorrect content. We can’t guarantee every AI-generated piece will be fully compliant with every rule or law. If you find something problematic, please let us know so we can address it.
